I will advertise in the Summit Daily, the Ten Mile Times, the Real Estate Book, Homes & Land Magazine, or the Denver Post, giving it the most RESULTS!

2) YOUR PROPERTY WILL BE ON MY WEB PAGE!

Your property will appear on my web page under the "TOP PICKS" listing.  Many buyers today are starting with the Internet.  Probably less than 20% of Summit County Realtors® have THEIR OWN web page, but they want you to trust them to sell your property!

3) I WILL MAKE YOUR HOME A "TALKING HOUSE."

"TALKING HOUSE" is the latest technology to PROFESSIONALLY MARKET your single family home.  It is a transmitter that broadcasts a message about your home over the airwaves. People in their cars tune their radio and hear all about YOUR HOME from THEIR CAR! Buyers love it!  I am ONE OF THE VERY FEW  Summit County Realtors® using this!

4) YOUR PROPERTY WILL BE IN MY BROCHURE BOX AT CITY MARKET!

Your property will stand out on my color brochures at City Market.  They won't be lost in the crowd as one of many agent's listings.  More personal attention gets more interest!

5) I WILL PREPARE HOME HIGHLIGHT SHEETS ON YOUR PROPERTY!

These Home Highlight Sheets are detailed and specific looks at all the benefits of your property!  They will be available at your home or condo for all to take as they view your property.  They will serve as a reminder of your property even after the buyers are gone!

6) YOU'LL GET MY BROCHURE: GETTING TOP DOLLAR FOR YOUR HOME

This brochure has 55 ways to increase the value of your home WITHOUT spending much money!  It focuses on simple, but often overlooked, details of helping your home, condo, duplex, or townhome look its best!

7) I WILL GIVE YOU VALUABLE EDUCATION ABOUT YOUR COMPETITION!

You do know that you will have COMPETITION, don't you?  I will give you ALL THE SPECIFICS about what is currently for sale, what has actually sold, and for what price.

8) I WILL PERSONALLY CONTACT BUYERS AND EVEN OTHER AGENTS!

I may know of buyers who are looking for exactly what you have.  I'll call them to see if they would be interested in your property, or if they might know of someone who would be.  I'll will also call other agents to see if they have a client who is looking for your type of property. Working together usually gets the home sold faster!

9) YOUR PROPERTY WILL BE LISTED IN THE MLS!

I realize that any agent can do this one.  The difference is that this is just ONE OF MY 12 STEPS!  It is not my main step like it is for many agents.

10) I WILL PUBLICIZE YOUR PROPERTY IN YOUR OWN NEIGHBORHOOD!

Someone in your own neighborhood may know of someone who wants to buy in that neighborhood. That is why I will publicize your property in your own neighborhood.

11) A BROADCAST FAX WILL BE SENT OUT WITHIN 24 HOURS!

MLS books come out every two weeks, so there are many properties on the market NOT in the books.  This is a detailed highlight sheet on your property that goes to almost every Real Estate office in the county.  They are up to date, informative, and productive!

12) I WILL PROVIDE YOU WITH HELPFUL FEEDBACK!

A common complaint about Realtors® is that they do not stay in touch after the listing agreement is signed. I do this by giving you helpful feedback from other agents who have shown your property.  You will know what actual buyers are saying about your home.
